At this point there’s no denying that Valve may soon have Steam available to Mac Users. The first piece of evidence was when its PC users discovered files and icons referring to an OSX version in the Beta UI update. Valve never had a comment of denying this. A few days later, look what we have here…

1984 Mac Super Bowl Ad Alyx vs Breen
It’s impossible for Valve to announce there is no Mac version of Steam by this point. Long have Mac users waited to play with their PC brothers in Team Fortress and Counter-Strike. This is also an excellent opportunity for the Mac gaming community to get the reboot it needs as well as for publishers to easily distribute its games onto the Mac platform in the near future.
